FAQs
What is Evidence Status?
To easily manage and monitor the evidence verification process from the field worker's perspective, the mobile app assigns an Evidence Status to each respondent. This status provides a quick overview of 'how complete and verified the evidence' is for all initiative linked to that respondent.
Each status represents a specific stage in the process and guides the field worker on the next steps to take. By using these statuses effectively, field workers can improve the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of evidence submissions and verifications.
The following statuses indicate where field workers should focus their efforts:
1. Needs Changes: Evidence has been uploaded for at least one initiative, but it requires corrections. The field worker should modify the survey based on the evidence or re-upload the evidence.
2. Evidence Pending: If any benefit availed initiatives have no evidence uploaded, while others may have. Follow-up is needed to collect the pending evidence.
3. Verification Pending: Evidence has been uploaded for all initiatives but is still under verification. No immediate action is needed.
4. In Progress: Some evidence has been verified, while other pieces are still pending verification.
5. Verified: All evidence across all benefit initiatives is verified. No further action is required.
6. Blank: No initiatives are availed or initiated. This usually indicates a new respondent.
