Searching a respondent
Field workers can easily search for respondents directly within the app using the Respondents tab, ensuring quick access to the information they need.
Search Options
Field workers can search respondents using the following fields:
Respondent ID: Respondent Id is a unique identifier given to each respondent, typically 3 alphabets followed by a 10 digit number. Locate a respondent using their unique identification number in the search option.
Phone Number: Search by the respondent’s registered mobile number for quick retrieval.
Name: Find respondents or their dependent family members by name.
Filters for Advanced Search
To refine search results, field workers can use a range of filters available in the Respondents tab:
State/Province: Narrow results by the respondent’s state or province.
District: Further filter respondents based on their registered district.
Block: Drill down to respondents from a specific block within a district.
Initiative: Search by initiatives that the respondents have applied to.
Initiative Application Status: Filter based on the status of the initiative, i.e. Application Submitted, Application Successful, Application Rejected or Benefits Delivered
Sync Status: Identify respondents based on whether their data has been synced or remains unsynced.
Evidence Status: Apply filters based on the status of the evidences, i.e. Need Changes, Evidence Pending, In Progress, Verification Pending, Verified, or Other.
How to Use the Search Functionality
Navigate to the Respondents tab on the app dashboard.
Tap on the Search icon to initiate a search.
Enter any of the search parameters (Respondent ID, Mobile Number, or Name).
Use filters to narrow down the search results as needed.
Instantly view the relevant respondent data.
