Understanding Initiatives and Tracking Their Delivery

Initiatives represent programs or schemes facilitated or supported by the organization to provide tangible benefits to respondents. These could include government-run schemes, scholarships, welfare programs, or other initiatives where the organization plays a crucial role in connecting respondents to these opportunities.

For example:

  • Government Schemes: The organization may assist respondents in applying for social welfare programs, such as housing subsidies or healthcare benefits.

  • Scholarships: The organization could help eligible individuals secure educational scholarships for themselves or their family members.

Operational Workflow for Field Workers

To simplify and streamline the process of delivering these initiatives, the Resilience Connect app offers an intuitive workflow tailored for field workers. This structured workflow ensures every step of the initiative delivery process is tracked and monitored efficiently.

Steps in the Workflow:

  1. Identify Eligible Initiatives

    • Once the respondent’s data is collected, the app displays a list of initiatives they qualify for based on the criteria set by the organization and their answers.

    • Field workers can review these initiatives and decide which ones to apply for on behalf of the respondent.

  2. Application Submitted

    • The field worker marks the chosen initiative as Application Submitted after completing the application process.

    • They need to enter the status changed date using the calendar.

    • In the case of application submission, they can mention any supporting documents they helped process. These are populated from the document types setup by the organization and same can be viewed in their dashboard.

    • Post this they can upload the evidence of submission.

  3. Application Successful/Rejected

    • Application Successful: If the application is approved by the governing body managing the initiative, the field worker marks the status as Application Successful.

    • Application Rejected: If the application is denied, the field worker updates the status to Application Rejected, along with a reason of rejection. (e.g., incomplete documentation or ineligibility).

  4. Benefit Delivered

    • Delivered: If the application is successful and the respondent receives the intended benefit (e.g., a cash payout, scholarship, or goods/services), the field worker updates the status to Delivered in the app.

    • They need to mention the date of Delivery for when the initiative was delivered to the respondent.
