Logging into the Resilience Connect app
Field workers can use their registered email Id to log into the app. Only authorized field workers can access the app.
We don't allow a direct sign up, but the field workers can reach out to the organization admins to help them create their users through the web platform.
Using their registered email address/mobile number field workers can get an OTP which will be sent to their registered email Id/mobile number. Using this OTP they will be able to login into the app.

OTP on Email/SMS
Field workers requesting for login will receive an Email/SMS with a 4 digit OTP on their registered email Id or mobile number. which they have to enter into their app to access the same.

Common issues
Not recieving an OTP on your email/SMS?
This might be because you aren't using your registered email Id/mobile number, a message should show up that the "User does not exist". For this you should contact your organisation's administrator to make sure your correct email/mobile number is updated in the system.
A message is displayed asking you to login using email or mobile number?
An organization can choose between login using mobile or email, if your organization has selected email as an option, you can only use email address as your login and if they have chosen the mode of login as mobile, then you can login only using your mobile number.
